Out of order…

Here are the first few days of my “journey” from the other blog I started. I realize I never finished my first day food journal, but I did eat 26 pts the first day.

first day back, going OK so far…

Well, today is the day. I forgot to weigh in this morning, but I will tomorrow morning. I have done OK for the day so far – I can tell that lunch is going to be my downfall already. I am going to need to eat a bigger lunch to satisfy me. Here is the day so far, I will update it tomorrow at lunch with dinner and snack information from tonight.

Monday night before starting

My first weight in (at home) is tomorrow morning before I got to work. I am scared as I know it is not going to be pretty. I ate my “last” meal tonight – Tedino’s grilled buffalo chicken sandwich with fries and cheese sticks. I must say that I feel like crap after eating all that… especially after eating a big lunch. I will be using Dottie’s Weight Loss Zone as a point helper until I can find meeting close to my office. My last meeting closed down due to the building being taken over as a condo from a hotel. I miss that meeting – there was almost 200 people that attended that meeting, and I can’t believe that WW did not find another building close to it downtown. Well, anyway, I may have to get my butt moving and find another meeting that is closer to my house.

Here are my Weight Watchers goals:

 

To lose 10% of my body weight

Post my meals daily on this blog for 2 weeks (I have to start small!)

Take my multivitamin and Calcium everyday

To lose 20% of my body weight

To reach 150lbs

To make lifetime

To walk/run a 5K at faster than 17 min miles

I think these goals are attainable. More tomorrow morning!

Hi, my name is AJ and I am starting my next (and hopefully) final round of Weight Watchers. I found a few recent photos of myself and was absolutely horrified at how bad I have let myself get. I am going to wait to post my beginning weight until Tuesday when I start completely. I will post my goals so I will remember what I want from this round of WW. It has worked before… about 2 years ago I lost 30 lbs before I had breast reduction surgery. Since the surgery, the Tsunami hit (I work for a large international non-profit) and my stress level has been high ever since. I blame my stress and my lazyness for not returing to what I know works for me.

A bit about me: I am 29 1/2 and live in a large city in Illinois. I have a cat named Mr. More and love to make homemade greeting cards.
