I have spent most of the day preparing for a meeting. I ate a nice breakfast at HOME today (gasp!) and not at my desk! The strawberries are amazing again, and I cannot get enough of them. The farmer’s market season starts here tomorrow- I have been craving home grown peaches and plums… I miss living on the farm! I have been really good to have 22 flex points left (and at 2:30pm, 12 points left for dinner) to use when I go out shopping with a friend tonight. Since this is still my first week on the wagon, I am afraid I will make bad choices.
I ate WAY to much last night, and felt it all night. I have been feeling so good, and it was another reminder that I need to watch my portions. I did not need the second burrito.
9:57PM Update: I AM SO PROUD OF MYSELF!!!!!! :-) I went out to eat and stayed OP!! :-) WHOOHOOO!!
