I went to a lunch meeting today where I could not look up the food before I went, it was served family style, which can be a blessing and a curse. I did eat relatively well, considering the food that was served. I worked at the pool tonight for the first time this season (I am a pool monitor) and I ate too much since I did not want to take the cheese back to my refrig – I really didn’t need the LC cheese or the ry krisps. Now on to the food diary….
