O where for art thou, salty foods?

The binge would have continued, without my decision to go out and sit by the pool. I went out and while I have lost about 10 lbs so far, I still felt fat with my swimsuit on. I laid out in the sun and had a “come to Jesus” meeting with myself. I reminded myself why I am doing WW in the first place – to feel better about myself, and to feel better in clothing and swimsuits. I want to be able to go into a normal store and where what I want. I want to be healthier. I worked out for 30 minutes in the pool with a workout I found in fitness magazine, and I am proud of myself. I may have a gain this week (we shall see Tuesday morning) but I am happy with my “binge curb”.

Great job! I would love to have my own pool, but hubby is paranoid – afraid of water, so he projects his fear on the kids. They both love the water and swimming.

Way to curb the binge. Hope Mr. More has good results and your weigh-in gives you some encouragement.

    Cheers, Candace
