Back to Work!

Meetings meetings meetings! I actually planned my lunch around a lunch meeting today- I ate at 11 before the meeting and only ordered water at the meeting. Good for me! I took my multi vitamin and calcium pill before bed last night (had not eaten in 5 hours) and I had a tummy-ache all night long. I feel better today, but I just have to remember not to take them on an empty stomach again!

I seem to be having problems at dinner time right now. Hopefully next week will be better.

    Sometimes I find dinner the easiest, but last night I went too long and was really hungry. I went overboard as a result. If only I’d eaten that apple on the way home!

    Dinner isnt bad for me its after dinner when I get the munchies that drives me crazy. I’ve had to set a time that I wont eat after and stick to it. Have yourself a wonderful weekend. :)

  • Is it just me or are the foods on the list mostly spicy? Oh, and don’t forget to eat before taking any meds or supplements. The last time I did that, it felt like my stomach was turning inside-out.
