The calf muscle is still sore but a night of streaching made it alot better. I decided at lunch that I did not have any protein in what I brought to eat, so I ran to McD’s and got out of there WITH NO FRENCH FRIES!! I can’t believe it!!
I ordered a cheeseburger and a yogurt, walnut and apple thing, and only ate the apples and the cheeseburger. And lots of veggies. Lots and lots of veggies. I forget how much I love them.
I have never tried a turkey burger (I know, I am weird I like my ground beef) so today during lunch at work I looked up a good recipe for them and I think I am going to make them for dinner tonight. I already have most of the ingredients so it should be fun grilling them up on the good ol’ George Forman tonight. I will post the recipe if I like it!
On random note, if you like cute cat pictures I found the funniest site Here. it makes me laugh that people have time to caption these photos!!
TTFN- I will update later tonight after the laundry is done (OK, started, I have a lot to do and I am not superwoman) and I am done with dinner.
Updated: Did 4 loads of laundry (whoohoo!) and walked a bit more. I LOVED the turkey burgers – they were amazing!!! I will post the recipe here soon!

Girl, it’s not weird to love ground beef. I’m a total carnivore – and I love hamburger meat. The ground turkey is okay (kinda bland IMHO) but I was told that the 93/7 ground beef actually has less fat than ground turkey. I haven’t actually looked it up myself, but you might check it out.
Have a great weekend!!
