I am having a really hard time making it to any kind of points during the day – the past 2 days on vacation I have been off my “regimented” schedule of getting up and going to work, eating breakfast at a certain time, eating lunch at a certain time and dinner at a certain time. I am forgetting to eat during the day b/c I am so busy and not paying attention to how hungry I am getting. Though I am eating “better” I am not eating anywhere near what I need to during the day. (PS: I am not hungry though much during the day)Anyway, my goal tomorrow is to have 3 decent meals. Let’s see if I remember!
ETA: I forgot to say that I made Roni’s kid Sauce and I LOVED IT!!! I will post my photos of what it looked like before and after either later tonight or tomorrow when I get my camera hooked up to my work laptop (GRRR new home laptop is still not here!! I feel like I have been waiting forever and I am not a patient person – darn you Dell!!)
