Again- just the facts mam…

changed to Flex– and can’t seem to eat all that I need to. I have 5.5 left over today. (NOTE: new invisalign today- my teeth hurt horribly and I had a hard time eating today– I am sure that is why I had pts left over.) I am tired and crabby today– nothing other than the food diary again today. Atleast I am still journaling and posting… guess that is a NSV.

So I weighed in—- and I was down 2lbs!
I still can’t decide if I am going to change to Flex– I am going to look over my meals for the past week and see if I should or not. I am totally eating more protein on Core, I can tell you that!

Happy International Women’s Day!

Today marks International Women’s Day (IWD), a day to celebrate the strides women around the world have made to give all women the rights to work, vote, be trained, to hold public office and to end discrimination. Our foremothers rallied, held protests and sacrificed so we could have a better life today. Still, there are many women around the world who struggle to give birth to healthy babies, find food and shelter for their families, obtain education for their children, and enjoy the basic human rights that I am lucky to have. Today I honor them by donating to an international organization that helps women around the world. I know that my donation will have a huge impact on women who live on less than a dollar a day.

IWD is a national holiday in many countries, but not in the US. Make sure you call a loved one today and with them a Happy International Women’s Day!

Yeah, I really don’t like core too much.

 Note to self: you had planned out your lunch at the to go place but yet you still ordered fish and chips and a diet soda. YOU FEEL AWFULLY SICK STILL TONIGHT, DON’T YOU?!?! Remember this feeling. 15pts on Fish and Chips!!! This is the first time in over 3 weeks you have eated something fried and you currently feel like shit. You didn’t even like the fries. While you left most of them pn my plate, you still should have had the Core salad. Ack. Next time you will know better.
