Can you believe it!?!?! I am actually gonna do Day 2 – and even on Day 2!!
Notice I am saying “gonna” and not “did”… really, it is 9:43pm in ATL, and I am waiting for Jillian to stop yammering on to start on the second day. Why do they not let you bypass Jillian talking?? I don’t want to listen to her talk about the same thing for 30 days….
Before workout: My arms are sore, right at the armpits today. My thighs are sore too. I thought my abs would be sore too, but not so much. I still hate Jillian, but i am sure by Day 4 or 5 I will be at least liking her. Maybe.
Tomorrow night is gonna be tough- I have drinks and pizza with a couple of girlfriends… I hope to be home by 9 so I can get to shreddin’ it!
After workout: I am as sore as I was yesterday post workout. I finished at 10:30p and took a quick shower. I feel energized and proud of myself. I have a hard time finishing all things workout when I start them.
I can walk for 45 minutes a day to my favorite itunes – until I get bored.
I go to the gym and hit the circuits- until i get sore and bored.
I try new workout tapes- once. Then hardly do them again. It has helped that I found Netflix and their extensive selection of workout tapes.
That said, I just completed Day 2. That is one day more than I usually do.
