1/2 Marathon Training– 4 miles down!

Saturday was tough but I did it– 4 miles down! The first mile was really tough– I was gasping for air and my ankles and Achilles hurt more than they ever have. I ended up falling behind my running partner (after telling her to go ahead of me) but one of the other walk/runners stayed behind and slogged with me. I ended up walking more than jogging, but for me, ANY jobbing is better than none.

I have no idea what my unofficial official time was, because I took so long, they were packing up. But I was not the last person in, and I ran/sprinted in the last 1/8 mile.

Go me!
